Projects for 2008
|
|
1. Replace the dining hall septic tank
2. Correct the water quality problem in the Beach cabin
3. Replace the shower in Blackhawk cabin
4. Seal up cabins #24 and #25 to cut down on the flies
5. Upgrade the electrical power which will allow us to put electric heat in cabins 13 – 21.
6. Update the bathroom in Wyandot cabin
7. Provide small refrigerators in the dorm units and two other cabins
8. Upgrade the nursery playground area and equipment
9. Install new windows in the dining hall kitchen
10. Clean up downed trees and brush on the camp grounds
11. Install forty new toilets

Would you be able to help us out to meet the need for the projects that we would like to do this spring. Since we sent out the Gitche Gumee Glow in December 2007 we have received $6,300.00 which leaves us with a needed amount of $6,000.00. If we had two hundred and forty people who would be willing to give a one time gift of $25.00 we could meet the need. Would you be willing to be one of the two hundred and forty to help us?
