Milestone Announcement

We are thrilled to share an extraordinary moment in the story of Gitche Gumee Bible Camp. We made an offer on the Eagle's Nest property, and it is officially accepted. Now, we are inviting our camp family and faithful supporters to help raise the remaining funds required to complete this pivotal purchase.

This 20-acre property was once a part of Gitche Gumee's original lease. All of the campers stayed in an eight-bedroom bed and breakfast called "The Eagle's Nest". Eventually the lease ran out, and the camp was able to build cabins at our current property. Now, "The Eagle's Nest" has come up for sale, and for the last year we have been praying about what God could do with this beautiful property just over a half mile from our main campus!

For over ninety years, Gitche Gumee has stood as a place where youth, families, and ministry leaders disconnect from noise to encounter God's Word and creation. Securing Eagle's Nest expands our capacity for youth retreats, ministry leader housing, and future ministry development. Our leadership team is brimming with ideas as to how we could dedicate this space to further the ministry God has entrusted us with.
